Cheryl Ebersole 

Agency Manager of Headline Marketing & Communications

Cheryl is quick to share that she has her dream job serving as Agency Manager of Headline Marketing & Communications. HMC clients are taking advantage of her thirty-four years of marketing, branding, advertising, public relations, crisis communications management, tradeshow and event planning experience.

Working alongside the HMC team, she thrives on finding successful solutions for all our HMC clients’ marketing, public relations and event needs. By utilizing unique strategies and careful planning, no task or request is too large or too difficult. Cheryl works closely with all our HMC clients to establish long-term relationships.

Previous years with Penn Advertising, Barash Advertising Agency and serving as Executive Director of the Allegheny Mountains Convention and Visitors Bureau provided Cheryl opportunities to learn the many aspects of the marketing world.

Just for fun: Cheryl is always looking for another project to tackle at their family’s home especially if it can be outside and can include her family. Creating and re-creating perennial gardens begins early spring and continues until late fall.

Outside the office: Faith and family are priority… inside and outside the office.

Teresa Patterson

Client Services Manager

Teresa Patterson has come to Headline Marketing & Communications with many years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant, also in Customer Service and Management. Teresa has a creative side and has written blogs, field journals and product reviews for the Pennsylvania Sportsmen Portal, Wired Outdoors and various National companies involved in the hunting industry. She also works on the large fund raiser Camo Cares which is an all-volunteer organization raising money for children with life-threatening illnesses and wounded veterans that allow them to go on their dream hunts.

As Client Services Manager of Headline Marketing & Communications, Teresa assists with all aspects of the agency. She coordinates and schedules the workflow among the Agency’s departments, clients and vendors. Teresa works with the Agency Team to create overall marketing strategies and plans for clients, is a lead writer and media coordinator, and assists with all social media, website and on-line marketing development and management. If you’re needing a unique give-a-way item, Teresa can help with that too!

Just for Fun: Teresa loves to hunt and fish, having grown up in the outdoors. She spends quality time with her loved ones and her two yellow labs doing outdoor activities. Teresa also is on the Field Staff and films for the Internet hunting show Wired Outdoors.

Outside the Office: Teresa has one son, Jim, along with her extended family of her significant other Don, and his two children, Brandon & Lauren who she loves as her own. God and Family are the most important things in Teresa’s life!

 

Lindsey Shinn

Creative Director

Lindsey is a young up-and-coming star at Headline Marketing & Communications. Graduating from South Hills School of Business and Technology in State College, she has quickly adapted to the fast-paced climate at the agency. As the agency’s Creative Director, she brings incredible enthusiasm and passion to all of the projects she’s a part of.

Lindsey always has great ideas and is able to work with the team to come up with fantastic ad campaigns, logos, brochures, billboards and whatever else she’s tasked with. She’s like a machine when it comes to deadlines. You just give her the project and get out of the way!

Just for fun: She’s an animal lover, her pug dog Ollie is her pride and joy.

Outside the office: Spending time with her friends and family is what she enjoys most. She also enjoys crocheting and creating art in her spare time.

Kellie Goodman Shaffer

Kellie Goodman Shaffer, President/CEO of the Bedford County Chamber, manages and coordinates all organizational activities and resources of the Chamber and identifies and meets all appropriate member and county service needs consistent with the organization’s mission. She also serves as the Executive Director of the 501-(c)(3) Bedford County Chamber (Educational) Foundation.

Kellie is the staff point person for several Chamber and Foundation committees, including Agri-Business, Government Affairs, Technology and Personnel, as well as all Chamber event-related committees. She also oversees the marketing resources of the Chamber.

She also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Chamber Professionals and co-chair of the PACP Conference Committee.
