Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray an 8×8 baking dish with cooking spray.
Slice bananas into dish, add blueberries, top with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 tablespoon honey. Bake for 15 minutes.
Mix oats, baking powder, salt and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in one bowl.
In another bowl mix milk, honey, egg and vanilla.
When the bananas and blueberries have baked for 15 minutes, remove from oven. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir to moisten. At this point, add any optional ingredients. Put this mixture on top of the fruit.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve warm with milk. Refrigerate leftovers and microwave to reheat.
