Cornbread Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 8 oz can whole corn, drained
  • 1 8 oz can creamed corn
  • 1 8 oz corn muffin mix

Instructions

  • Grease 9×9" pan.
  • Mix all ingredients together, mix well.
  • Scoop into pan and bake at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes and enjoy!
